Accounts and access
Clients and employees may sign up. IMI managers approve employee access and grant project permissions. Keep your login private and use only access granted to you.
Acceptable use
Use the portal for IMI projects and work. Do not access data without permission, upload unlawful content or interfere with the service.
Time and location
Record work time accurately. Employee location use is described in the Privacy Policy and depends on device permission. Deleting your account does not erase records IMI must keep by law.
Your content
You keep rights to your content and allow IMI to store and use it to run projects and the portal. Shared business records may remain after personal attribution is removed.
Payments and commitments
Project contracts, invoice terms and payment authorizations remain separate from these portal terms. Deleting a portal account does not cancel those commitments.
Availability and access changes
The portal is provided as is. IMI may change, pause or end portal access for maintenance, security, project or employment changes. Applicable legal rights are not waived.
