Who can use IMI Portal
Clients and employees can create an account. A manager controls employee approval and project access. Creating an account does not give access to project data.
Information we collect
Account details include name, email, phone, role and preferences. Project content includes photos, files, comments, selections, inventory, work orders and documents. Work records include time punches, timesheets, leave, mileage and payroll information. Payment records may include invoice amounts, payment dates, methods, tokens and card labels. Email tools process recipient addresses, subject and message content.
Employee location
Manual clock-in and clock-out can read precise GPS. While an open shift and the time-clock screen are active, the app can check location, including in the background on supported phones, to confirm the job site and show local reminders. Raw location pings can be recorded about every five minutes or when a boundary changes. Permission and device settings affect this behavior. Location is not used for advertising.
How information is used and who sees it
IMI uses information to run projects, record work, process project payments, send work communications and support the service. Access is limited by account and project permissions. Hosting and database services include Lovable and Supabase. HUBLNet, HUBLPay and HUBLMail support payment and email features; payment entry may use NMI hosted fields. Those providers process information needed for their services. We may disclose records when law requires it.
Delete or correct your information
Open Personal Settings and choose Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm. This removes the sign-in and profile, revokes access, and removes or anonymizes non-required personal content and location records. Shared project records can remain with personal attribution removed. IMI retains time, payroll and other employment or business records where legally required. Deleting a login does not cancel a contract, invoice or legal record. Contact info@helpingunitebusinesses.com for help, access or correction requests.
Retention and security
Information is kept for account and project needs and applicable legal obligations. No fixed retention period is promised here. Connections use encryption and access controls; no system can guarantee absolute security. Provider security and operational logs may have separate retention requirements.
Children and changes
IMI Portal is for IMI clients and workers, not children under 13. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
